Emmanuel Ngulube is a versatile and results-oriented professional with a strong foundation in Development Economics, complemented by technical expertise in software and web development, graphic design, and data analytics. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Development Economics (2024) from the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR), where he specialized in statistical research, economic modeling, poverty measurement, and data analysis methodologies.
His professional experience with Makoka and Associates (M&A) has equipped him with a deep understanding of research design, program evaluation, data quality management, and evidence-based reporting. He has successfully contributed to large-scale studies commissioned by international organizations including the World Bank, USAID, World Food Programme (WFP), and the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA). In these roles, Emmanuel led data analysis, visualization, and quality control processes using tools such as Stata, SPSS, Power BI, Excel, and ODK, producing insights that shaped program strategies and policy recommendations.
Emmanuel’s career is defined by a rare blend of analytical and creative expertise. As a WordPress and FlutterFlow website developer, he designs functional and visually compelling websites that enhance digital engagement for organizations and individuals. His proficiency in graphic design and visual communication—using Adobe Photoshop, PixelLab, and Canva—allows him to translate complex research findings into clear, impactful visuals that strengthen communication and brand identity.
In addition, Emmanuel is a Power BI and data visualization specialist, passionate about transforming raw data into interactive dashboards that enable real-time decision-making. He integrates economic insight with data science and technology to deliver practical, results-driven solutions.
With a growing research focus on social protection, climate change economics, disaster risk management, and inclusive growth, Emmanuel aims to contribute to sustainable development through the intelligent application of data, economics, and digital innovation. He is committed to using his multidisciplinary skills to promote transparency, efficiency, and progress across both development and business environments.

- Data Quality Manager: Data Collection for the Malawi Social Registry in Ntcheu District, Malawi.
- He is currently overseeing data quality issues from 300 enumerators, 35 field supervisors and 7 field coordinators in an exercise that is expected to cover 184,000 households in Ntcheu District.

- Data Analyst & Dashboard Developer: Independent Verification Agency of the World Bank-Funded Skills for Vibrant Economy (IVA-SAVE) Project (2024-25). Commissioned by The World Bank through Ministry of Education.
- Data Analyst: Performance Evaluation of the USAID Malawi Local Works Project (2024). Commissioned by United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
- The study focused on assessing the performance indicators of a partnership comprising seven organizations: Farmers Union of Malawi (FUM), Mhub, Youth Response for Social Change, Green Livelihoods, Malawi Network of AIDS Service Organisations (MANASO), Creative Centre for Community Mobilisation (CRECCOM), Vitalite, and Green Impact Technologies.
- Data Analyst: Agro-dealer mapping in Kasungu Agricultural Development District (2024). Commissioned by Malawi Rural Market Development Trust (RUMARK).
- Addenda: Despite being data analyst in the project, he also contributed in the development of the 2025 updated RUMARK Safeguarding Policy Framework.
- Data Analyst: Gender and Action Learning (GALS) Survey: The Effectiveness of GALS Intervention in the Context of Groundnut Commercialization in Malawi (2024-25). - Data Management Dashboard Developer: Mapping of Existing Youth Organizations and Assessment of Opportunities to Leverage the Existing Government Infrastructural Investments for Youth Inclusion in Markets and Trade in Malawi (2024). Commissioned by Alliance for Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA) through Centre for Agricultural Research and Development (CARD-LUANAR).
